Effective Date: July 21, 2026  |  Business: Fresh Fenders Mobile Detailing LLC, St. Petersburg, FL  |  Contact: Freshfenders@gmail.com ยท 813-420-5873

This Privacy Policy describes how Fresh Fenders Mobile Detailing LLC ("Fresh Fenders," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to our website at freshfendersmobiledetailingllc.com and customers who contact us or book our services. We've written this in plain language so you can understand exactly what happens with your data.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you contact us through our website contact form, you submit information including your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your boat (such as vessel type, length, and condition). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and provide an estimate or schedule service. We do not use it for any other purpose and we do not sell it.

When you book a service through our Square Appointments booking system, you provide contact and payment information directly to Square. That data is processed according to Square's Privacy Policy. Fresh Fenders receives booking confirmation details (your name, contact info, and appointment specifics) to manage the appointment.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in detail in the sections below. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL.

2. Google Analytics 4

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data about how visitors use our site, including which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, what actions they take (such as clicking our phone number or submitting a contact form), and broad geographic location based on IP address.

This data is used in aggregate form to help us understand site performance, improve our content, and allocate our marketing budget more effectively. We do not use GA4 data to identify individual visitors by name or contact information.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by:

Google's data collection and use practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Meta / Facebook Pixel and Advanced Matching

Our website uses the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel), a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Pixel loads on every page of our website and sends data to Meta about page views and certain actions taken on our site (such as clicking our call or contact buttons). This data is used to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to build audiences for retargeting โ€” showing our ads to people who have previously visited our website.

Advanced Matching: We use Meta's Advanced Matching feature. This means that when you submit our contact form, certain contact details you provide โ€” such as your email address and phone number โ€” may be hashed (converted into an anonymized code) and transmitted to Meta. Meta uses this hashed data to match your information against its user database to improve ad attribution and measurement. This helps us understand whether our ads contributed to a customer inquiry, and it enables Meta to build more accurate targeting audiences for our campaigns.

You can control Meta's use of your information for advertising by:

Meta's data practices are described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. Contact Form โ€” Formspree

Our website contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend service. When you submit the contact form, the following information is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email address: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and any boat details you enter.

Formspree stores form submissions temporarily on its servers. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. Formspree's data handling practices are described in the Formspree Privacy Policy. We do not use your contact form data for marketing purposes beyond the inquiry you initiated, and we do not share it with any third party other than as described in this policy.

5. Square Appointments Booking

If you book a service directly through our Square Appointments booking link, your name, contact information, and payment details are collected and stored by Square, Inc. Fresh Fenders receives your name, contact information, and appointment details through the Square platform. Your payment card data is handled entirely by Square and is not stored by Fresh Fenders. Square's handling of your data is governed by the Square Privacy Policy.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to contact form inquiries and provide estimates
  • To schedule and confirm service appointments
  • To communicate with you about your scheduled services
  • To measure the performance of our website and advertising campaigns (via GA4 and Meta Pixel)
  • To improve our website content and user experience
  • To run retargeting advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies โ€” small text files stored on your device โ€” to enable analytics and advertising tracking. The primary cookies placed on our site come from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect some website functionality.

8. Data Retention

Contact form submissions forwarded to our email are retained for as long as we maintain an active business relationship with you or as needed to respond to your inquiry. GA4 data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings (up to 14 months for event data). Meta Pixel data is retained according to Meta's standard policies.

9. Your Rights and Opt-Out Options

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information from our records
  • Opt out of analytics tracking (see Google Analytics section above)
  • Opt out of Meta advertising targeting (see Meta Pixel section above)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Freshfenders@gmail.com or call 813-420-5873. We will respond to data requests within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted securely through Formspree's encrypted connection. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
